Dan Garretson is the founder and Managing Director of CounterFlow Solutions, where he leads efforts to modernize logistics, infrastructure, and mobility through AI-driven transformation. With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and investment, Dan has advised executive teams, investors, and public-sector leaders on how to unlock growth through data, automation, and intelligent systems.
Previously a Partner at Concentre and a strategic advisor to the White House on national transportation and space policy, Dan also held roles at McKinsey & Company and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He holds a Ph.D. in Astronomy from Harvard and a B.S. in Physics from Caltech, and is widely recognized for helping organizations bridge the gap between vision and execution in complex B2B environments.

Steve’s distinguished career includes roles at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), ITS America, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. He has advised three U.S. Secretaries of Transportation and held leadership positions influencing the future of smart infrastructure, vehicle automation, and advanced mobility systems.

Craig Savarese is a transformation strategist and performance leader with a deep background in corporate finance, operational improvement, and enterprise technology. At CounterFlow Solutions, he helps clients unlock hidden value by aligning strategy, execution, and governance—especially in complex digital initiatives and performance turnarounds.
Craig has held senior leadership roles at CBRE, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Accenture, where he led large-scale change initiatives spanning procurement, capital planning, and portfolio performance. A certified SAFe Agilist and published author on economic value creation, Craig brings both analytical rigor and practical experience to high-stakes transformation. He holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse.
